HISTORY

Our story starts way back IN 2012

2012 – WE FIRST STARTED OUR WORK
2013 – OBTAINED 501 c 3
2013- 2023 – GREW & DONATED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO CANCER RESEARCH & TREATMENT, AS WELL AS DIRECT GIVING COMMUNITY INITIATIVES.

IAMSHE INC was officially founded January 21, 2013 after years of volunteering with other organizations. Founder Bianca Callender had so many ideas she wanted to explore focusing on creating and empowering her communities, and as a result, IAMSHE INC was born.

In 2013 IAMSHE INC had it’s first fundraising gala, Kisses For Cancer. In 2014 Bianca launched I Am NOT Cancer and since has raised and donated thousands of dollars to cancer research and treatment organizations as well as led direct giving initiatives providing financial awards to people on their cancer journey.

Over the past 10 years we have helped to combat childhood hunger by providing resources to the girls in our program and their families. We have distributed hundreds of care packages to the unhoused population, provided groceries to families in need, volunteered in our communities, and helped engage and inform our community about health and wellness initiatives, prevention, prognosis, and recovery. We are looking forward to this next chapter, and having an even larger impact.
